What an anniversary gift. The client was celebrating a 5th wedding anniversary...wood as the traditional gift and sapphire as the gemstone. I suggested to give him both. Her husband's favorite musician is Rivers Cuomo, so the electronics and tone are configured to achieve that sound, even down to the Black Ice overdrive module. This guitar is one of my all-time favorites to create and it was an honor to be part of their celebration.
